Responsible for the Professional Services Delivery of the highest value (£400m+) Financial Services Contract at that time within BT for a Top 4 UK Bank. Gina led her team to deliver a full range of BT products and services whilst offshoring 200 headcount to India resulting in significant gross margin savings.

BT UK Head of Customer Service Provision

Responsible for all UK sites (Aberdeen, Dundee, Coventry, and Leicester) and 450 employees. Gina focussed on downsizing the organisation through extensive and intensive performance management during an immense change and economic pressure.

Openreach Senior Operations Manager

Responsible for leading and setting the direction for the South Liverpool Patch which was made up of a team of 142 engineers and 6 Operational Managers. In less than a year in this role Gina led her team to achieved the highest result in the Northern Region and achieved Target or Stretch on all KPIs.

Barclays Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsible for the delivery of 24/7 infrastructure to support Barclaycard Business Operations ensuring the Business Websites and telephony services would not fall over or lose data in the event of a system failure or outage.

BT Business Programme Manager

Responsible for the planning and management of the BT 21 Century Networks project ensuring business operational units were trained and ready for the new 21 Century Networks systems, allowing monitoring systems and application performance.

Lloyds Banking Group IT Programme Manager
