With 20 years in corporate leadership, our Director Gina has lived and breathed the challenges of critical deadlines, budgetary pressures, and demanding stakeholders. After experiencing extreme burnout, she uses that experience to help world-leading organisations, from Microsoft to Amazon to The British Army.
Since embarking on a journey of self-discovery over a decade ago (watch her TEDx Talk), Gina has become a master of Meditation, Mindfulness, and Self-Reflection practices. She has also achieved a professional Neuroscience study with Harvard and an Emotional Intelligence qualification of 96% with Berkeley, The University of California.

We have studied the science of happiness and the impacts of stress on the brain and body.
