What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage delivery schedules for complex network and optical circuit projects
- Produce key project artefacts including PIDs, RAID logs, and governance documentation
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across BT
- Engage directly with customers, providing clear and consistent updates
- Manage risks, issues, and scope changes through structured governance
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are ready for customer acceptance
- Capture feedback and drive continuous improvement across delivery
What success looks like

- Proven project management experience delivering technical solutions to enterprise customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to navigate complex or challenging conversations
- The ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously

- Solid risk management, problem-solving, and commercial awareness
Desirable:
- Experience within network or IT delivery environments
