Business Analyst at Revolut (Treasury): Job of the Week
If you’re ready to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation, this week’s opportunity places you right at the centre of one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the world.
We’re spotlighting a Business Analyst at Revolut—a brand that has redefined how millions of people interact with their money.
This is more than a role in finance.
This is about shaping what the future of finance looks like.
Why this role matters
Fintech isn’t slowing down—and neither is Revolut.
With over 70 million customers globally, their growth is driven by a simple mission: to give people more visibility, control, and freedom over their money.
Behind that mission sits a high-performing Finance team—one that doesn’t just report numbers, but actively shapes strategy, manages risk, and drives growth.
This role sits right within that engine.
As a Senior Business Analyst supporting Treasury initiatives, you’ll help design and deliver key financial products, improve systems, and ensure that complex financial operations run seamlessly at scale.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and integration of new business initiatives into the treasury ecosystem
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineering teams
- Document end-to-end delivery processes to maximise scalability and repeatability
- Build strong relationships with product teams
- Perform gap analysis to identify root causes and escalate risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones
What success looks like
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- 6+ years’ experience working with financial instruments, trading platforms, and settlement systems
- A strong understanding of the full change programme lifecycle
- Knowledge of banking IT systems and transaction processing workflows
- Experience with data models, data mapping, and SQL
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, and testing
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data processes (ETL)
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
- A relevant certification such as CFA or Financial Risk Manager
The opportunity behind the role
Revolut is known for its pace—and for the people who thrive in it.
You’ll be joining a global team of over 13,000 professionals, working across offices and remotely, all focused on building products that simplify the complexity of modern finance.
Recognised as a Great Place to Work™, Revolut continues to invest in its people, culture, and innovation—creating an environment where high performance and ambition are not only welcomed, but expected.
A message to women in fintech and technology
Let’s be honest—roles like this can feel like a stretch.
They sit at the intersection of finance, data, systems, and strategy.
And too often, women wait until they feel 100% ready before stepping forward.
But here’s the reality:
You don’t need perfect alignment to apply for the role of Business Analyst at Revolut.
You need capability, curiosity, and the confidence to grow into the role.
If you’ve been building experience across finance, treasury, data, or technology—this is the kind of opportunity that accelerates careers.
Your perspective is needed.
Your voice matters in these spaces.
So if you’re considering it—don’t hold back.
Inclusive by design
Revolut is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, recognising that different perspectives drive better outcomes—for both their people and their customers.
They actively encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences, creating a culture where innovation thrives through diversity.
Ready to take the next step?
If you’re looking to be part of a company that’s not just keeping up with change—but leading it—this could be your move.
